What to Expect When You Visit Our Office
IT IS NECESSARY TO SEE AN ASSESSOR BEFORE A SPECIALIST APPOINTMENT CAN BE MADE.
1. Collecting Information
Could our fact sheets or leaflets provide you with the information you need?
We can help you find the relevant guides. You can also search our self-help website.
If you would like to speak to someone, please complete the Data Protection Sheet at the reception desk and have a seat.
2. An Initial Interview
One of our assessors will identify the most appropriate way we can help you. This could be:
- Helping you find and understand the relevant information
- Pointing you to a specialist organisation
- Making an appointment for an in depth discussion with one of our advisors.
3. Ongoing Support
If we are best placed to help we’ll make another appointment for you to meet with one of our advisors who will help you until your problems have been resolved.
WE GET CLIENTS WHO COME TO US WITH A WIDE RANGE OF ISSUES, MANY OF WHICH ARE VERY COMPLEX. PLEASE BE PATIENT. WE PROVIDE A QUALITY SERVICE BUT THIS TAKES TIME.
