Citizens Advice at the launch of Traveller Focus Week

Citizens Advice today (29th November) attended the launch of Traveller Focus Week 2010 in St. George's Market, Belfast.

The opening event took place in the market to celebrate Irish Traveller Culture and history with exhibitors from a range of organisations providing information on their services.

Citizens Advice attended the event to provide attendees with information about the work of the organisation and to highlight a number of policy issues given forthcoming welfare changes.

The event was organised by An Munia Tober and supported by the Equality Commission and provided an ideal opportunity for Citizens Advice to publicise its work among the Traveller community.
