Citizens Advice Attends UUP Conference
Citizens Advice recently attended the UUP Party Conference, held at the Armagh City Hotel on Saturday 22nd October 2011.
Representatives from Citizens Advice spoke with MLAs and Councillors about issues facing CAB clients and highlighted the continuing concerns of Fuel Poverty and Debt.

Conference attendees were very interested in hearing about our "Dealing with Debt" Project and also our Benefits and Money Advice Service being run in conjunction with the Royal British Legion and Royal Airforce Benevolent Fund.

Citizens Advice continues to lobby the Assembly to bring about legislative change for the benefit of our clients. Attending Party Conferences and maintaining links with MLAs and Committees is an invaluable part of that work.
