Attention Consumers!

At Citizens Advice we believe it is vitally important that you know and are aware of your consumer rights. Being aware of the obligations placed on the providers of goods and service,s and being aware of the rights and obligations we all have as consumers, gives us the ability and confidence to make purchases safely.

To ensure that this knowledge reaches as wide an audience as possible we have been working on producing and publishing additional factsheets for our website.
