New Benefits Fact Sheets

Following the success of the fact sheets produced by Citizens Advice on employment rights, and the recent launch of self help debt advice fact sheets, the organisation has published a new range covering benefits issues.  During 2009/10 employment fact sheets were downloaded almost 47,000 times from the organisation's website demonstrating the need for and effectiveness of these publications.

The new benefits fact sheets are available from the website under the publications section and contain information on Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) and Tax Credits.  New subject areas will be added in due course.

These factsheets aim to help those people who want easy to read self help information and have been designed to be printed off or viewed directly on the Citizens Advice website. The  fact sheets will help Citizens Advice meet the needs of those clients who use the internet to seek information and advice.
