We have created a dedicated single number 0300 1 233 233 for Belfast. This number will make it simple and easy for you to contact our advice teams throughout Belfast. We are confident that this new number will allow us to deliver our services to you in a more effective and timely manner.
This new number will provide you with a point of contact for advice and information; it will allow advisers where possible to deal with your query over the phone. If it is not possible to resolve your query by phone then an appointment will be arranged at a Bureau near you.
As part of our commitment to providing a superior service we will be able to book your appointment at any Bureau in Belfast if you need advice urgently. Alongside the phone service you will still be able to receive advice by email and by logging on to www.adviceguide.org.uk where you will be able to access advice and information on a range of topics specific to Northern Ireland.
