Fuel Poverty Questionnaire

The Utility Regulator for Northern Ireland is carrying out a survey to find out about the experiences of people who have either been in debt to an electricity or gas company, or who at the moment are struggling to pay either their electricity or gas bill. 

The findings from the survey will help inform the development of a Code of Practice for utility companies to further protect vulnerable customers. If you are currently, or have ever struggled to pay your electricity or gas bill, or are paying off a debt to your supplier, we would welcome your views. 
 
Taking part in the survey is totally anonymous and confidential and your responses will not be seen by the Utility Regulator or your electricity or gas company.  You cannot be identified in any way.
