Get Advice

Advice givingNorth Down Citizens Advice Bureau has general advice services in Bangor and Holywood for walk-in clients, appointments and telephone advice.

We also run weekly advice surgeries in Kilcooley, Rathgill and Skipperstone.

We currently have ? paid members of staff and ? volunteers, with ? interview rooms and access for differently abled clients and workers.

The Citizens Advice service offers practical, up-to-date information and advice on a wide range of topics, including; debt, benefits, housing, legal, discrimination, employment, immigration, consumer and other problems.

Our advice is available to everyone regardless of race, gender, sexuality, age, nationality, disability or religion.

We couldn’t survive without our fantastic volunteers, but we need more. We’re looking for all sorts of people with different backgrounds and skills to volunteer with us for a uniquely rewarding experience.
